Ever wanted a boat Winch Rope without and S-hook steel clip on the end to rust away, corrode, fall off or just be a nuisance? Well, here it is! An Explorey innovated Soft-Shackle end boat winch rope. This Shackle end replaces a steep clip and goes through the boat winch hole as usual. It is strong, reliable, won't rust or cause problems.
But beware: This is a new innovation and you are the test mouse. We are selling these for very cheap to get customer feedback, so you are required to feedback and take some photos in action. Also, because this is a new product and untested it comes with no warranty.

The Explorey “McBoatFace” retrieval boat winch ropes, named after the hilarious polar research ship naming disaster. We make them from our improved UHMWPE pre-stretched line with our proprietary “Snake-Glaze” anti-fuzz/anti-abrasion armour. Developed for the demanding, extreme conditions brought on by 4x4 expeditions, we have designed this rope with more resistance to saltwater, UV damage, grit and sand.

Our marine series ropes are designs and tested in the most extreme sea salt environments to give you the best wear protection ropes available on the market.

We recommend buying a spare to throw in the back of the truck just in case the unthinkable happened (like an angry local cutting your line). These are light, affordable, repairable and easy to replace.

Our Warranties are No Nonsense Warranties. We will warranty you for all genuine product issues. All your orders are saved for life and we can find your purchase and warranty just from your name or email used when purchased.

Manifolds: 24 Month Warranty | If it cracks within this time we will warranty it. This does not include gaskets or bolts.

Light bars & Lighting: 5 Year Warranty | This covers the working of our light bars and light systems, the electronics and LEDs. If they stop working within that time return it for a refund or replacement. It does not cover cosmetics, rusting or smash damage.

Recovery ropes: 24 Month Warranty | If you snap it within this period without obvious signs of damage we will replace it. 

Winch lines + UHMWPE lines: 6 Month Warranty | If you ever snap your rope where possible we will fix it for you free of charge. If you snap a winch line without obvious signs of overloading or damage we will replace it or fix it free of charge within 6-months of purchase. Due to the unpredictable usage of these ropes our warranty on them is limited. Take care of your winch lines and they will take care of you.

Soft-Shackles: 24 Month Warranty | Soft-Shackles are virtually never returned unless they are improperly connected to sharp edges which will caused them to tear. If used as we recommend they don't fail. We will replace shackles that fail under normal circumstances.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@explorey.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
