The SCENE-120° light bars are our LED quantum board working light bar series. Designed and tested in New Zealand for our conditions, they are made with marine grade Stainless Steel 316. We initially made these for rescue, military, night-workers and first responder personnel who demand the advantages of quantum LED boards over traditional light bars. Quantum boards are superior to COB or any other style LEDs in many ways. Some of the many benefits are:
- They produce more output while consuming fewer watts
- They spread light much more evenly across a surface meaning not just the centre of the light is well illuminated
- They can be moulded to an exact degree of consistent light spread
- Quantum boards run much cooler with superior thermal management
Our SCENE-120° bars have an exact even 120° light spread and indestructible aluminium housing. The SCENE-120° comes standard with Stainless Steel 316 hardware. Each mounting bracket is double bolted so they won’t drop/rotate (“droop”) from weight and vibrations. Tested to the waterproof rating IP68 and IP69K and will operate from -40 to - 80 degrees Celsius. With so many incredible features, these light bars are dustproof, water blast-proof, 5-metre drop safe, UV resistant and will run for over 50,000 hours. With 95% energy conversion into the light, these are one of the most efficient & brightest LEDs available. We CNC cut our E logo into the bracket & product print our logo for warranty and genuine product identification.
All our light bars come with a wiring harness which includes 9-36v 40A relay, fuse, PVC protective sleeve and a switch for a plug & play operation.

5-Year Warranty
Our Warranties are No Nonsense Warranties. We will warranty you for all genuine product issues. All your orders are saved for life and we can find your purchase and warranty just from your name or email used when purchased.
Manifolds: 24 Month Warranty | If it cracks within this time we will warranty it. This does not include gaskets or bolts.
Light bars & Lighting: 5 Year Warranty | This covers the working of our light bars and light systems, the electronics and LEDs. If they stop working within that time return it for a refund or replacement. It does not cover cosmetics, rusting or smash damage.
Recovery ropes: 24 Month Warranty | If you snap it within this period without obvious signs of damage we will replace it.
Winch lines + UHMWPE lines: 6 Month Warranty | If you ever snap your rope where possible we will fix it for you free of charge. If you snap a winch line without obvious signs of overloading or damage we will replace it or fix it free of charge within 6-months of purchase. Due to the unpredictable usage of these ropes our warranty on them is limited. Take care of your winch lines and they will take care of you.
Soft-Shackles: 24 Month Warranty | Soft-Shackles are virtually never returned unless they are improperly connected to sharp edges which will caused them to tear. If used as we recommend they don't fail. We will replace shackles that fail under normal circumstances.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@explorey.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
