Explorey make some of the world's most robust and reliable light bars for New Zealand conditions. Designed to withstand this humid and coastal country, these bars can be driven up beaches, used in the rainy high country, driven through rivers and installed on boats. These are the most rust-free corrosion-resistant light bars available. Our light bars are made from an Aluminium housing with Stainless Steel 316 marine grade strengthened hardware on all the mounting brackets, screws and bolts. We have a patented breather making them anti-fogging with a waterproof rating to a depth of 1.5m for 30 minutes. All LEDs are the genuine branded product and we select only A-Grade chips from batch testing.

Explorey has been designing and testing LED lighting and technology since the early 2000s. With our current lineup we went back to the drawing board and redesigned meticulously from the ground up. We’ve packed the latest LED technology, electronics and hardware into these bars making this our Beach+Bush+Water “Marine Series”, which utilise rust-resistant Stainless Steel 316 into the bolts, hardware and mounting brackets and an added patented air breather which acts as a decompression chamber. This breather equalises internal pressure which reduces hardware failure and reduces fogging. Our light bars are all water-proof and can be fully submerged up to 1.5 metres deep. Our light bar range (except curved series) are made with an Anti-Slip double-screw mounting end brackets to ensure a perfectly secure fit. We designed this feature to eliminate the need for over-tightening and to completely stop bar droop (when the light bar inevitably rotates caused by bad mount brackets) which can damage the vehicle, light bar and spin the light stream to the wrong areas. Bar droop is so annoying when you are in the heart of it all.
All our light bars come with a 5-Year Warranty. This covers the working of our light bars and light systems, the electronics and LEDs. If they stop working within that time return it for a refund or replacement. It does not cover cosmetics, rusting or smash damage.
