The EXPLOREY Infinity Loop is exactly what it says. A strong powerful loop. They have all sorts of uses and many we haven't thought of. Send photos of yours in use!

Loop these around anything and double it up for increased pulling strength. Great for creating a hang or grab point and can be wrapped around finished surfaces without damaging them - locked with a stitch splice for a secure hold.

For Maine uses:

DEPOT COLLECTION

Is available for all larger items (such as roof top tents and ropes over 15kg) to pickup at our Auckland contract warehouse in Albany. Pickup orders will take 24 hours to process are are available for pickup Mon-Friday 8:30am - 5pm


OUT OF AUCKLAND DEPOT COLLECTION

Mainfreight: We can arrange to have our largest products delivered for pickup at all major Mainfreight 2Home depots.

Rooftop Tents: 

- North Island: 2-4 working days $59 

- South Island: 3-7 working days $129

When collecting Rooftop Tents the package will require a trailer or roof racks with tie-downs to transport. In most cases the package will NOT fit inside your vehicle unless you have a van or ute.

Door to Door: Contact us via email with your postal address for an accurate quote & delivery estimate to your door if depot collection isn't preferred. 

Accessory & Smaller Items:
NZ Courier Post: 1-3 days (tracked) nationwide. We can't post to PO Boxes. Rural delivery will take a  longer (and comes with an additional charge). 

Allow 24 hours for our team to process all orders from our Auckland depot. 

Our Warranties are No Nonsense Warranties. We will warranty you for all genuine product issues. All your orders are saved for life and we can find your purchase and warranty just from your name or email used when purchased.

Recovery ropes: 24 Month Warranty | If you snap it within this period without obvious signs of damage we will replace it. 

Roof Top Tents: 24 Month Warranty | This covers the shell, roof racks, struts and hardware. If the aluminium shell cracks or a weld opens we can have that repaired if it wasn't the users fault (eg ran into a tree). This warranty excludes fabric, zips and mould. Shells are made from aluminium and the hardware is 316SS or 304SS. 304SS can shows some signs of cosmetic surface rust. Please secure your roof tents to three roof racks bars (which mean six attachment points) or a solid rack system. This will avoid a common failure when NZ roof racks come off vehicles.

Winch lines + UHMWPE lines: 6 Month Warranty | If you ever snap your rope where possible we will fix it for you free of charge. If you snap a winch line without obvious signs of overloading or damage we will replace it or fix it free of charge within 6-months of purchase. Due to the unpredictable usage of these ropes our warranty on them is limited. Take care of your winch lines and they will take care of you.

Soft-Shackles: 24 Month Warranty | Soft-Shackles are virtually never returned unless they are improperly connected to sharp edges which will caused them to tear. If used as we recommend they don't fail. We will replace shackles that fail under normal circumstances.

Turbos: 12 Month Warranty | This warranty covers all manufacturing defeats and internal faults within that warranty period. It does not include damage due to oil/cooling issues and excessive abuse. Generally issues with turbo arise from improper installation and incorrect oil lines (not large enough to give sufficient flow).
